SERVICES
What I do for you
Mobility & individual approach
Each individual has their own specific movement limitations. Therefore, I focus on an individual approach and mobility training. Through a careful analysis of your movement, I can identify areas that are prone to injury. A personalized training plan will help you strengthen your joints and muscles, improve coordination, and actively prevent future problems. The goal is not only to alleviate pain but, above all, to equip you with the tools for long-term health and an active life.
Optimizing movement & performance
I specialize in addressing musculoskeletal issues through improved joint mobility and coordination. As a result, you will not only experience pain relief but also enhance your athletic performance. I have experience working with freedivers and divers, where maximum mobility and coordination are essential. I also apply my knowledge and experience when working with sports teams and individuals. If you are looking for a trainer who can help you improve your mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance your performance, I will gladly be the one to help you reach your goals.
