1.2. As the Controller, I determine how, for what purpose, and for how long your personal data will be processed.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO I PROCESS AND WHY?

I only process personal data that you provide to me yourself as part of registering for a workshop, ordering training services, or during mutual communication. This includes:

  • Identification data: First name and surname (so I know who will attend the event and can issue a document/receipt).

  • Contact details: Email address and phone number (so I can send you payment details, information regarding workshop organization, or contact you in case of an unexpected schedule change).

  • Billing details: Permanent residence/registered address (if required for invoicing).

  • Health data (sensitive data): If you voluntarily share your health limitations or injuries with me prior to training or a workshop, I process them exclusively to ensure your safety and adapt exercises to your condition.

3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

I process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

3.1. Performance of a contract: I need the details from the registration form to properly process your order, send you a confirmation, payment instructions, and conduct the workshop itself. 3.2. Compliance with a legal obligation: I am required to keep certain data (billing details) according to the laws of the Czech Republic (in particular, the Accounting Act and tax regulations). 3.3. Legitimate interest: If you become my client or a workshop participant, I may send you news, training tips, or offers for upcoming workshops by email based on legitimate interest. You can object to receiving these communications or easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any email. 3.4. Your consent: If you give me your explicit consent (e.g., by checking a newsletter box without having purchased from me beforehand), I process your data for marketing purposes based on this consent, which you can revoke at any time.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

I keep your personal data only for as long as strictly necessary:

  • Workshop registration details (your name, email, phone number and any note you leave) are kept for a maximum of 24 months after your most recent workshop. After that they are automatically anonymised — only the participant count and payment status remain, with no personal data. If you register for another workshop during that time, the period starts again from that workshop.

  • For the period specified by relevant legal regulations (e.g., accounting documents and invoices for 10 years).

  • In the case of legitimate interest or consent for marketing purposes, for a maximum period of 5 years, or until you express your disagreement or revoke your consent.

5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA? (RECIPIENTS)

Your personal data is safe with me. I am the primary processor and do not sell it to anyone. However, to ensure specific services (such as website operation, invoicing, or emailing), I use verified third-party tools that comply with GDPR standards. These include:

  • Web hosting and reservation system providers.

  • Accounting system providers (for issuing invoices).

  • Email service providers (tools for mass information delivery).

6. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROTECTION

In connection with GDPR, you have full control over your data and can exercise the following rights with me:

  • Right of access: You have the right to know what data I process about you.

  • Right to rectification: If your details are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have them corrected.

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer needed for contract performance or if I am not legally required to retain it.

  • Right to restriction of processing and right to object: If you do not want me to use your data for marketing based on legitimate interest, you can object, and I will stop processing it immediately.

  • Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe that I am not handling your data lawfully, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. By submitting the registration form on my website, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. 7.2. I am entitled to amend this policy in response to legislative changes. The current version will always be available on my website.
